In-house manufacturing of prototypes and tools allows us to carry out rigorous testing and rapid adjustments, ensuring the quality and precision of the products developed. This internal process also gives us greater control and autonomy, resulting in shorter deadlines and development efficiency.
THERMOFORMING
Versatility in format and dimension
We have 10 thermoforming machines, conventional and large format, with molding areas up to 2250x1250 mm and the capacity to work with materials from 200µ to 8mm thick. We mold PS, PET, PET/PE, ABS and others, with additives such as UV protection and electrical resistivity.
Complex parts are finished using 5-axis CNC cutting, ensuring precision and quality. This combination of technology and versatility allows us to meet different demands and sectors of activity.
INJECTION
Precision and customization
We produce from small parts for various household uses to complex automotive components. We have fully electric injection molding machines from 220 to 350 tons and bi-injection units, which allows us to provide appropriate responses, with dimensional and functional precision.
The use of IML (InMould Labelling) technology in our injection molded parts enables product customization.
CO-PACKING
Component management, assembly and final product packaging integration
Packaging is one of the critical elements in the co-packing process, playing a fundamental role not only in protecting the product during transport and storage, but also in communicating the brand, capturing consumer attention and complying with legal requirements, such as nutritional labeling, warnings and usage information.
To guarantee packaging inviolability and security, we have thermo-sealing and high-frequency welding equipments. Efficient management of all components is essential for the final product to be correctly assembled, ensuring quality, consistency and reliability throughout the process.
