Processes, Technology and Facilities

We design and develop technical solutions and plastic packaging, offering turnkey projects that integrate all stages of the process, from conception to delivery of the final product.

With extensive experience, we offer a wide range of services, adapted to our customers' needs:

  • Thermoforming is the process of molding thermoplastics that consists of heating a plastic plate or film until it becomes malleable and then forming it over a mold using vacuum, pressure or mechanics. After cooling, the part takes the mold shape and is cut to obtain the final product. This process is widely used in the production of packaging, automotive components, medical products, among others, due to its efficiency and low cost for large productions.
  • Injection molding is the manufacturing process of molding plastic parts by melting thermoplastic material until it becomes fluid and then injecting it under high pressure into a closed mold. After cooling and solidification, the part is ejected, assuming the shape of the mold. This method is one of the most used in the industry for plastic parts mass production, due to its precision, speed and ability to manufacture complex shapes with great repeatability.
  • Co-packing involves components management, along with the assembly and packaging of the final product, preparing it for distribution or sale. This process can include labeling, sealing, packaging and even assembling promotional kits, according to the customer's specifications. Co-packing is often used by companies that want to optimize costs, increase production capacity or focus on other areas of the business, such as marketing and distribution, by delegating packaging to an external partner with experience and adequate infrastructure.
