4. PURPOSE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

4.1. SITECTNA collects and processes personal data solely for the purposes closely linked to the use of this website, its associated services, to the sale of products, managing and improving the loyalty programme, direct marketing and customer support and help.

4.2. SITECNA endeavours to maintain relations with the user and provide him or her with the rightful benefits, and relevant information and content related to the company. 6. USER RIGHTS

6.2. If you no longer wish to receive direct marketing communications, you may, at any given time, exercise the right to object to personal data processing, by managing your consent as available in the online store’s customer area. You may also do so by sending an email to sitecna@sitecna.com.

7. SECURITY

7.1. SITECNA uses appropriate security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorised change, dissemination, or access, and from any other form of unlawful processing. In addition, we contractually require that the trusted external entities that process personal data for us do the same.

7.2. However, SITECNA cannot guarantee that the security measures adopted to protect this website and to transmit data and information through this website will prevent or exclude any risk of unauthorised access or loss of data. 8. RETENTION AND PROCESSING PERIOD

The data are retained by SITECNA for the purposes described herein for the time necessary for the stated purposes, except if the personal data in question is needed to prove compliance with obligations, during the timeframe of the associated rights, or if a longer data retention period is imposed by law.

8.2. When the personal data are no longer necessary, they will be removed from our systems and registries or maintained anonymously, so that you cannot by identified through them.

SITECNA will process personal data in compliance with the Portuguese Law in force concerning data protection, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, related to the protection of individuals, with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data (“General Data Protection Regulations”) and other applicable community and Portuguese legislation.
